Helen Johnson-Leipold
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Helen Johnson-Leipold is the first woman in five generations to lead a Johnson family enterprise. She began her business career at Foote, Cone & Belding where she directed advertising and branding strategies for some of America's leading consumer packaged goods companies. Helen joined SC Johnson in 1985, where she held a variety of senior level marketing and management positions of increasing responsibility until 1999 when she was elected Chairman & CEO of Johnson Outdoors Inc, a leading global outdoor recreational products innovator. In 2004, she was also named Chairman and Director of Johnson Financial Group, a $6 billion global financial services company.

Helen also serves as Chairman of The Johnson Foundation and of Johnson-Keland Mgt. (The Family Office), and as a Director of S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc. and JohnsonDiversey, Inc.
David W. Johnson
Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Johnson is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He joined Johnson Outdoors in December 2001 as Director of Treasury Services and Financial Analysis, was appointed Vice President and CFO in November 2005. Mr. Johnson's career spans the banking, consumer packaged goods and outdoor recreation industries. Prior to joining Johnson Outdoors, he held a number of financial positions of increasing responsibility, first with The Northern Trust Company and later with The Procter & Gamble Company, where he led the financial efforts and teams in new business development, brand and operational restructuring, and cost-saving and strategic analysis, among others.

Mr. Johnson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from DePauw University and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
John C. Moon
Vice President & Chief Information Officer
Mr. Moon is Vice President and Chief Information Officer, responsible for leading the Company's information technology function, and defining and implementing the strategic use of information technology. Mr. Moon joined Johnson Outdoors in 2006 following a successful career with Baxter International where he held a variety of information technology positions of increasing responsibility before being named Corporate Vice President and CIO in 2000. Mr. Moon was named CIO of the Year in 2003 by the Association of Information Technology Professionals. Prior to joining Baxter, Mr. Moon held IT positions in the telecommunications and medical software industries.

Mr. Moon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and holds a Masters in Management Information Systems from Northern Illinois University.
Sara Vidian
Vice President - Human Resources
Ms. Vidian is Vice-President, Human Resources responsible for directing organizational strategies and programs supporting the Company's 'workplace of choice' vision. Sara joined Johnson Outdoors in 2001 as Director of Human Resources for Watercraft where she drove strategic alignment in HR policies, promoted workplace safety initiatives and championed Johnson Values' practices resulting in a dramatic rise in employee satisfaction across Watercraft operations. Prior to joining Johnson Outdoors, Sara led HR organizations and functions for Morgan Stanley/Dean Witter, Rainfair and Lacrosse Footwear.

Ms. Vidian holds a Bachelors of Business Administration/Human Relations with a minor in Psychology from Carroll College.
William S. Kelly
Group Vice President - Camping and Watercraft Recreation
Mr. Kelly is Group Vice President – Camping and Watercraft Recreation, responsible for all business functions of the Jetboil, Eureka!®, Silva®, Old Town, Ocean Kayak, Necky, Carlisle and Extrasport brands. Mr. Kelly joined Johnson Outdoors in 1993 and served in a variety of corporate and operational positions of increasing responsibility before being named Group Vice President - Camping in 2001. In 2011, he also became responsible for the Watercraft Recreation business. Prior to joining Johnson Outdoors, Mr. Kelly worked in the fly fishing, management consulting and oil and mineral industries. He is active within the industry with the Outdoor Industry Association and has served on its board. Locally, he is active in mentoring high school youth with Junior Achievement, is a LionsROAR Alumni Admissions Ambassador for Penn State, and is on a scholarship review committee for local college students. 
Mr. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Joseph B. Stella
Group Vice President - Diving
Mr. Stella is Group Vice President – Global Diving, responsible for all business functions of the SCUBAPRO® UWATEC® and Seemann® brands. With over 25 years of general management and marketing experience, Mr. Stella began his career as a commercial diving contractor directing the dive team operations for various underwater construction and inspection projects around the world. Prior to joining Johnson Outdoors in 1999 as General Manager of North American Diving, he was Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Business Development for Dacor Corporation from 1996-1999.

Among his many professional accomplishments, Mr. Stella is a Scuba Schools International Platinum Pro 5000 diver, a small elite group of divers who have logged more than 5,000 recreational dives in a lifetime. He holds two dive equipment patents and has acted as technical advisor and marketing consultant to various television and movie productions, including among others the 2005 epic motion picture "Deep Blue."
Patricia Penman
Vice President - Marketing Services & Global Communication

Ms. Penman’s career spans more than 30 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, including Kraft and Campbell Soup, prior to joining SC Johnson where she held key roles, including Director of North America Marketing Services (leading Research, Media, Promotions, Business Analytics, Consumer Services, Brand Marketing PR and CRM resources); and most recently, Senior Director for Global Air Care.   The breadth and depth of experience Pat brings to JOI will be invaluable. 

Ms. Penman is a native of Moon Township, PA and a graduate of Penn State University.  

Karen James
Vice President - Global Operations
Ms. James is Vice President – Global Operations, responsible for leading development and implementation of operational best practices worldwide and driving forward key, total company strategic initiatives.  Karen joined Johnson Outdoors in 1979 as a supervisor in the Company’s Mankato, Minnesota production plant and has served in number of operational positions of increasing responsibility in the Company’s Fishing and Diving businesses until being named Vice President of Global Operations in 2015.  Her knowledge, insights and depth of experience has been pivotal to the Company’s success in new business integration, global manufacturing expansion and on-going improvement in operational quality and efficiency.    
Ms. James, a graduate of South Central College, is active in her community, holding leadership roles in a number of local organizations, including among others, the Mankato Area United Way and Chamber of Commerce. 
Judy Douglas
Group Vice President - Fishing
Ms. Douglas is Group Vice President – Fishing, responsible for all business functions and strategic direction of the Company’s market-leading global fishing brands. Minn Kota, Humminbird and Cannon. Judy joined Johnson Outdoors in 1998 as Product Manager, Minn Kota and served in a variety of marketing and management positions of increasing responsibility in the Marine Electronics business unit before being named Group Vice President – Fishing in 2015.  Under her direction, new product innovation thrived, continuously expanding Minn Kota and Humminbird technological and geographic horizons and driving their explosive growth and emergence as the Company’s largest and most-profitable brands.
Ms. Douglas graduated Magna Cum Laude from Carthage College with dual degrees in Business Administration and Marketing.  Prior to joining Johnson Outdoors, she held regional and national sales and marketing positions at The Upjohn Company, Colt’s Manufacturing and Newell.   A native of Wisconsin, Judy is a life-long outdoor recreation enthusiast.   
Khalaf M. Khalaf
Managing Director, Legal Affairs & Corporate Secretary
Mr. Khalaf is Managing Director, Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary for Johnson Outdoors.  As the Company's head attorney, Mr. Khalaf is responsible for overseeing all legal matters and affairs for Johnson Outdoors' global business operations.  Mr. Khalaf is also responsible for guiding the Company’s corporate governance practices and advising the Board of Directors.  Mr. Khalaf was in private practice at a prominent Milwaukee law firm prior to joining Johnson Outdoors' law department and briefly worked as a Special Prosecutor with the Milwaukee County District Attorneys’ Office.  
Mr. Khalaf earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marquette University and Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
